When you complete the Systems Assessment, we record your first name, email, and business or organization name; the answers you submit; and your optional email preference. When you book an implementation conversation, the booking details you enter are handled by our calendar.
How we use it
We use your answers and contact details to prepare your assessment findings and to arrange a conversation you request. We email you to discuss your findings only if you opt in with the checkbox on the assessment. Recommendations are based on your responses and need validation before implementation.
Service providers
We use GrowthHub365 to provide our website, assessment form, contact records, and calendar. When you attend a meeting, Zoom may be used for the call. These providers process your information on our behalf for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Assessment records for people who are not yet clients are kept for 12 months after the most recent assessment.
Your choices and questions
